Raspberry Projects, is a site for sharing your dreams, ideas, projects and questions about the USD$25 Raspberry Pi micro-system.
We hope you can find much valuable information right here to help you along the way of making a successful project, coming soon will be a wiki and forum system to help you minimise your development time.
After all, at the end of the day we all want to get our projects off the ground and running on this new platform due out very soon.
Using the Raspbian “wheezy” Linux and gphoto2 I plan control my Nikon D40 for exposure bracketing of images for use in HDR photography.
I already have gphoto2 installed. My Nikon D40 is plugged into the RPi via a mini-USB to USB cable. I have my RPi up and running and I can communicate with the D40 via gphoto2 and capture images.
Next steps are to write a script to:
- Get current aperture and exposure values from D40.
- Compute brackets
- Issue capture commands in sequence.
